We were extremely satisfied with the service we received although in the event the property was found very quickly. We were impressed with the knowledge of the property market in general and in particular the very detailed knowledge of what was available in the area, both the attributes and the downsides. He took great care to fully understand our needs, not simply producing a list of 4 bedroomed detached houses but did we want rural, edge of village, proximity to shops and other services, size of garden or land, and intended use of any land, any planning issues and all the negotiations with the sellers agent. It made a potentially very stressful process very straightforward.
